Our regular opening hours are:

• Monday – Friday – 09.00 – 17:00
• Saturday – 08:30 – 10:00
• Sunday – By Appointment Only

However, arrangements can be made to collect vehicles outside these times by prior arrangement only. Vehicles are therefore available for collection during the evening, at pre-arranged times.

The general terms for vehicle hire are stated below, however if you fall outside these insurance terms, please telephone for more specific and personally tailored car insurance quotations as often you can hire up to and over 75 years of age.

• 7-9 Seat MPVs: Drivers must be aged between 25 – 70 years of age with 5 years experience driving on a full license.
• 15 & 17 Seat Minibuses: Drivers must be aged between 25 – 70 years of age and must have a Category D1E on their full license.
• All Other Vehicles: Drivers must be aged between 25 – 70 years of age with 2 years experience driving on a full license.

Any endorsements upon the driving license must be stated at the time of booking, and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

As a rule we need to see three corresponding forms of identification which must commonly include:

1. A Full Driving License & National Insurance Number
2. Proof of Address (Utility Bill within the past 6 weeks, Bank Statement, Wage Slip, Credit Card Bill etc)
3. Identification with a Picture/Signature (Passport, Photo ID, Credit Card)

To make a reservation:

Online – Complete the online form on the enquiries page, remember to include all your contact information and vehicle requirements ( i.e. Luggage Space and Number of Seats).

When we receive your email, we will check the availability of your requested vehicle and reply with a full quotation for the period of hire. If your requested vehicle is not available, we will send details of other suitable vehicles which are available.

All vehicles have a minimum from £550 damage deposit for a small car*, and this is to be paid in addition to the vehicle hire charge at the time of collection.

We accept Cash, Debit Card and Credit Card as payment for vehicles.

* This can vary dependent upon hire details, hirer age and the type of vehicle requested.

It is possible to take our vehicles abroad, however to be insured and covered for breakdown outside of England, Wales or Scotland you will need our written consent.

Insurance and AA Cover abroad can be provided at an additional cost, however this will be priced on a case by case basis dependent upon the required vehicle.
